Our Origins
DFK International was founded in 1962 by three accountants from London, Paris and Sydney who recognized the benefits of exchanging their accounting knowledge and experience with colleagues in other countries.
The U.S. national group was then formed in 1978 as The Accountancy Group. These leaders sought to strengthen their services by enhancing their technical resources. The common thread: colleagues sharing technical expertise and accounting management practices. Recognizing the need for a global affiliation, the US group joined of DFK in 1982, forming DFK International/USA.

DFK/USA facilitates the interchange of ideas, accounting management practices, knowledge and information in an effort to provide the highest level of professional services to clients through a national and global network of resources.
Our Objectives
