This is the final session in a three-part program designed for rising leaders from DFK firms who are looking to expand their confidence, skill set, and business development activity to better serve existing clients and more efficiently bring in new business. This is an immersive developmental program that is intended to be fun, engaging, and life changing.
Attendees go on a journey together that allows them to expand their comfort zone and skill set to help them, their colleagues, and their firm be put in a better position for success. Attendees experience a robust training program that combines multi-day retreats, small group workshops, and 1 on 1 coaching that not only gives the attendees the skills and confidence but also holds them accountable to drive new BD behaviors.
