This two part cohort-based leadership experience designed exclusively for new and emerging partners across the DFK USA and DFK Canada Firms.
Inspired by the Winding River Leadership Programs, this experience is built to accelerate the transition from high-performing professional to high-impact partner. The program goes beyond technical proficiency and focuses on the real operating model of partner-level leadership: how to lead people, build and grow a practice, strengthen client relationships, and drive results through others.
Participants will engage in two in-person sessions plus a cohort case-study group project that reinforces learning in real-world partner scenarios. The experience combines expert-led teaching, interactive discussion, real-world casework, and peer-driven problem solving—delivered in a highly personalized environment with limited cohort size to maximize interaction, accountability, and impact.
In addition to leadership and practice growth, the program incorporates a health and wellness component designed to promote sustainable performance. Each in-person session will include an encouraged morning workout option and a dedicated discussion on how firms can support health, wellness, and longevity for leaders.
