DFK AUDIT SENIORS
DFK member firms have identified leadership development and coaching as critical areas for the association to provide assistance to member firms. DFK University prepares auditors to assume more responsibility on engagements, including techniques to be successful in planning engagements, supervising staff, and retaining the right amount of overall engagement management and control. The DFK University program will include modules on planning, budgeting, client collaboration, self-management, and performing substantive analytical reviews. This training also teaches key fundamental, “level-appropriate” GAAP skills, from both an accounting and an auditing perspective. (22 CPE Credit Hours)
DFK TAX SENIORS
This training focuses on refining the skills of tax professionals and builds upon their base of technical knowledge in order to enhance their performance in critical interpersonal skills. The program will focus on the following key skill sets: Leadership Essentials (Personal Development), Communication Skills (Communication), Supervision (Personal Development), Providing Effective Engagement Level Feedback (Personal Development), Client Service (Personal Development), Time Management (Personal Development). (16 CPE Credit Hours)
Registration is now open for the DFK University Tax and Audit Senior training sessions. These programs will run alongside Part II of the DFK University New Managers Program.
